Question 1

Do You Need A Permit for A Shed in Alachua County, FL?

Question 2

Do You Offer 10x12 Sheds for Sale in Alachua County?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a range of shed footprints rather than one standard size. Browse the options on our sizes page and view the 10x12 building for a specific example. Our 3D designer can also help you explore dimensions that better match the space at your property.

Question 3

Are Your Sheds Hurricane-Rated for Florida Weather?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We apply the Florida wind zone standards for the shed’s final placement area. The model and foundation affect the type of reinforcement used, while site conditions can change what is needed. Some buildings require a stronger roof or an anchoring system chosen for the property. Impact-resistant doors and windows may be included as well.

These features are designed to give the shed additional strength in severe weather. They do not guarantee that it will withstand every storm without damage.

Can I Customize My Shed For Storage, Office, or Workshop Use in Alachua County?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our online 3D designer lets you try out shed ideas on screen. Compare different configurations and add-on choices to determine which design makes the most sense for your intended use.
