Our shed starts with a pressure treated Joist and Skid System. Our standard is 2x6 Joist 16" OC and 4x6 skids.

Next comes a 5/8" tongue and groove LP Prostruct floor sheathing that is moisture and termite resistant which also carries a 10 year warranty. For an up-charge ON OUR CLASSIC MODEL we also offer a 3/4" Pressure treated plywood or 3/4" LP Prostruct sheathing.

Our well constructed Wall and Roof System is engineered to a 160 mph wind velocity rating and has 24" rafter and stud spacing. Optional Upgrade ON CLASSIC MODEL to 200 D. Wow! The 200 D upgrade includes 16" Wall Stud and Rafter Spacing.

We put an over the door flashing to protect against door leakage. We are an industry leader on this feature.

We offer Easy to operate swinging doors up to 8ft wide. The twist on the doors is adjustable with cross bracing. The doors are lockable with T-handle locks. 4 and 6ft are our our standard on most models, the 8ft option is only available on classic models and on barns end only.

Concrete blocks every 6ft on each skid as an OPTION as well as anchoring. Concrete is standard on our Classic models, wood blocks is standard on our Heartland models.
